Karen A. Norris, CPA, CVA, CEO

Karen has been serving the dental industry in the Mid-Atlantic region for over eighteen years. As a certified public accountant, she has focused on the unique and specific needs and requirements of dental practices and dental professionals relative to accounting and tax planning.

As a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Karen has been recognized as an expert in the complex process of business valuation. She has focused this expertise on the dental practice and is recognized as one of the foremost valuators of dental practices both regionally and nationally. The practice valuation forms the basis for dentists wishing to sell their practice, grow their practice, establish a partnership, and/or estate plan.

Karen also provides consultative leadership in projects involving cash flow and profitability analyses, and the formulation of financial modeling. These sophisticated financial models form the cornerstone of many projects by establishing the projected return on investment under various scenarios, and provides the client with meaningful information on which to base decisions.

Karen also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of The McNor Group, in which she is a partner and principal. She is also a frequent author and contributor to dental publications.
